Something interesting I found in chapter 8 is that the Bureau of Labor Statistics reports that work-related musculoskeleton disorders account for one-third of all job-related injuries and illnesses. These disorders are an injury of the muscle, nerves, tendons, ligaments, and joints. Injuries include tendinitis and carpal tunnel syndrome.
I am not sure how much I agree with the employee monitoring system. It uses computers to observe, record, and review and individual;s use of a computer, including communications such as e-mails, keyboard activity, and Internet sites visited. Its hard to say whether an employer has the right to read an employees e-mail messages.
So this is the last blog we have to post. I cant say that I am the type of person to continue writing blogs. I am more of a verbal communicator and I feel my expressions are better off spoken. This class has helped me to learn some new techniques that I hopefully will be able to use in my own classroom when the time comes.

Blog is new for me too. I never used Blog before taking this class. I personally do not enjoy people snooping around (employee monitoring system). If they show up for work and do what they need to do, then that's all that should really matter.
