Productivity software is designed to help people work more effectively while performing daily activities. This type of software includes applications like word processing, presentation graphics, database, and spreadsheets. The most commonly used software would be word processing. It is used to create, edit, and format documents. Microsoft Word is the most popular processing application used in school today.
In this chapter we learned about several software applications used in our everyday life. We have also learned about some of the support tools that are available for application software.
So, I just found out that my cousin is going to have a baby next February!!! It is kind of scary because she is a year younger than me and I do not think that anyone that young is ready for a baby, but i wish the best for her and i know the baby is going to be beautiful so i cant wait to see him/her!!!
